ZWILLING supplies housewares to James Durrant’s new cookery school

As part of ZWILLING’s commitment to working with cookery schools, the housewares supplier has announced an agreement to supply ZWILLING knives and Staub cast iron cookware to James Durrant’s new cookery school, James’ Kitchen Table.

ZWILLING marketing manager Michael Robbins said: “ZWILLING are excited to be working with James Durrant at James’ Kitchen Table. ZWILLING are passionate about cooking and education and are proud that James’ new cookery school will use ZWILLING knives and Staub cast iron cookware.”

James’ Kitchen Table is an informal cooking school at James’ The Plough Inn at Longparish in Hampshire. James has 18 years’ experience working in top class restaurants, with more than 10 years spent in Michelin-starred establishments and the last three years in his own Michelin-listed and awarded pub/restaurant, the Plough Inn.

James and his team will host cookery masterclasses for individuals and small groups. All cooks, from novice to experienced will get the chance to learn and develop their skills in the fully equipped, state of the art kitchen.
