Westfield Stratford City will be filled with sweet smells and sugary treats on Saturday (February 20), when Whirlpool launches a series of live consumer events at the London shopping centre.
The major home appliances supplier is teaming up with macaron experience company Ohlala to demonstrate Whirlpool cooking appliances, while offering treats to shoppers created by Ohlala’s chef Xing Ling.
Over the next four weeks, the Whirlpool kitchen will be hosted by line-up of chefs demonstrating an array of cooking styles and techniques. The live campaign has been designed to engage passing shoppers, and to encourage them to share their experiences on social media.
Whirlpool senior brand manager Jennifer Spragg said: “Last year’s live campaign was such a great experience that we couldn’t wait to get started in 2016. We hope to create a real buzz of excitement around the demonstration theatre, and offer the hungry shoppers some delicious treats, as well as recipes and ideas to try at home.”
