At this month’s Chicago International Home + Housewares Show celebrity chef Suvir Saran will demonstrate and talk about products from his new American Masala collection by Wade Ceramics.
The collection is not yet available in the UK but could be introduced later.
The collection comprises lightweight ceramic knives, three ceramic trivets that feature intricate raised details reminiscent of those found at the Taj Mahal, and a mortar and pestle with a wider-than-usual base, making it easy to use and to prevent ingredients from popping out of the mortar.
Saran is co-chef/owner of the Michelin-starred Devi restaurant in New York City and author of two cookbooks. He will be on the Wade stand and in the GOHO Cooking Theater. The show runs March 16 to 18.
