Vileda turns pink to mop up for breast cancer charity

Making an appearance for the second year running, the limited edition pink SuperMocio will make 50p for the charity with every unit sold in October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

For the first time, the accompanying SuperMocio bucket and wringer has also been produced in pink, with each purchase again raising 50p for Breakthrough.

Breakthrough Breast Cancer is the UK’s leading charity committed to fighting breast cancer through research, campaigning and education. Despite the work that is undertaken by the charity, over 44,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the UK, with one in nine women developing the disease at some point in their lifetime.

The charity is opening three new research units in Edinburgh, London and Manchester this year and the money raised from donations throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, including the contribution from Vileda, will help with the investment to support the plans.

Retail price Mop, £6.29; bucket, £5.49
