Tradestock announces distribution agreement with La Rochère

Somerset-based housewares supplier Tradestock has taken on the UK distribution for French glassware company La Rochère.

Tradestock said: ‘La Rochère has been producing artisanal glass in the heart of France for more than 500 years, making it the oldest continuously running glass factory in Europe. The company is recognised around the world for designing and producing authentic, high quality glassware with French style for today’s modern home, including signature collections such as the best-selling Napoleon Bee collection, the beloved Versailles collection and the distinctive Lyonnais collection.’

Tradestock managing director Keith Nye commented: “We are delighted to team up with La Rochère: an iconic glassware manufacturer with a very rich heritage. This partnership strengthens and increases the choice for our customers and perfectly complements the other glassware brands we offer.”

La Rochère will feature prominently at London trade show Exclusively Housewares in June, along with Tradestock’s other brands. Tradestock’s brand portfolio includes its own Freeform and iStyle My Home brands, which offer tabletop accessories and glassware including the Raising Spirits range. Tradestock also distributes glassware brands Durobor and Crystalite Bohemia.

La Rochère was previously distributed in the UK by Norfolk-based housewares supplier ICTC (Intercontinental Cooking and Tableware Co.) which ceased trading on January 31.
