The launch of the newly-acquired Tower brand on RKW’s stand at the Spring Fair, held at Birmingham’s NEC from February 1-4, exceeded the company’s expectations.

“Stunning is the only word to describe it,” enthused RKW managing director Rob Sutton. “Tower is an iconic brand that customers have told us hits the retail sweet spot, not only with the extensive range we’ve created, but also with the outstanding marketing back-up we provide. The request for samples from existing and new customers for forthcoming selection meetings was unbelievable, while orders were placed by retailers from across all sectors of the marketplace.”
The Tower electrical range includes air fryers, food blenders, food processors, slow cookers and ceramic panini grills, with more products due for launch in the near future.
Retailers could purchase a new POS free-standing display unit to promote the Tower brand and a variety of housewares products. Steve Galbraith, housewares buying director for RKW, said: “This is a great FSDU, and the take-up from retailers was excellent. We’re confident the unit will demonstrate the enormous sales potential of the Tower brand – and will lead an ongoing stream of orders for these superb products.”
RKW also presented its Morphy Richards housewares portfolio, which included some new products. Again, RKW reported a very positive response from retailers.
Both RKW stands featured new box packaging designs for all Tower products.
