Top Drawer debut for designs inspired by RHS botanical art

The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has announced the launch of a licensed range of RHS cushions from specialist company Welovecushions.

The cushions, the designs of which are inspired by images in the art collection of the RHS Lindley Library, will be on display at the London trade show Top Drawer, which takes place at Olympia from January 17–19.

There will be 23 cushions in the launch range; more designs will be introduced throughout the year. It will be available at retail soon after the Top Drawer event, selling through garden centres and home furnishing outlets, as well as specialist gift shops around the world.

Welovecushions offers a collection of affordable art cushions. It specialises in contemporary and heritage art, with designs from collections such as the National Gallery, the British Library, the National Portrait Gallery and the London Underground

Welovecushions is the latest addition to RHS’ licensing programme. Now in its third decade, the campaign boasts more than 50 licensees in the gardening, gifting and homeware categories.

RHS Licensing Manager Cathy Snow said: “Bringing together RHS imagery with the gorgeous, high-quality cushions for which Welovecushions is rightly famed, has produced a truly delightful range that we are sure will not only turn heads at Top Drawer but also be a strong performer at retail.”
