The Kitchen Shop wins HAUS raffle

The Kitchen Shop in Weybridge is the winner of a raffle competition run by housewares supplier HAUS during Top Drawer.

The Surrey retailer will now receive its show order for free.

HAUS ran a contest for orders over the value of £250 placed at its stand at the trade show, held from September 11 to September 13 at Olympia in London.

Each entry was automatically put into a raffle, with the prize being a credit note for the value of the show order or a repeat order free of charge.

The Kitchen Shop has been a family-run business for over 30 years. It is helmed by Nicholas and Gemma Woods and stocks housewares, from knives and cookware to gadgets and tools – including Wusthof knives, SCANPAN cookware and GEFU kitchen tools – all distributed by HAUS.

Paul Shelley, managing director of HAUS, said: “We wanted to reward customers for planning and investing in newness for Autumn/Winter 2016.

“Overall the show went well for us, as we received enquiries from potential new customers. We also gained lots of positive feedback regarding our new brand Zilverstad.”

The raffle was drawn at the HAUS office after the show on Thursday September 15, and the winners were informed last Friday (September 16).
