‘The Great British Bake Off’ is back on our TV screens and as the nation once again goes baking mad, The Cake & Bake Show offers fans the chance to see the stars of the show in action.
‘The Great British Bake Off’ judges Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood will be at the event, along with series one winner Edd Kimber and last year’s champion, Jo Wheatley.
They will be joined by fellow baking stars Eric Lanlard, Richard Bertinet, Tom Herbert, Paul A Young, Peggy Porschen, Ruth Clemens and Annabel Karmel, among others.
Described as the first live event dedicated to the world of cakes, breads and the art of baking, the Show will be held at Earls Court in London from September 22 to September 23. It promises to offer ‘everything the home baker, sugarcrafter, cake eater, amateur enthusiast or professional baker would need’.
The organisers expect to attract thousands of attendees – a mix of trade and consumer visitors – who will be treated to demonstrations, hands-on workshops, competitions, a food market and stands selling the latest baking equipment.
Exhibitors include Bamix, Culpitt, Falcon Products, Kenwood, Little Venice Cake Company, The Cake Decorating Company, Renshaw, Neilsen-Massey and Squires Kitchen.
Event sponsors include housewares suppliers Kenwood and Squires Kitchen.
