Designed to capitalise on the cupcake craze is this new cupcake maker, an addition to the Swan Essentials range.
The new product will bake six cupcakes in just 10 minutes and has safety very much in mind, with the easy-lift facility staying cool during the baking process. In addition, the non-stick coated plate makes for easy cleaning and no sticking.
The Swan cupcake maker will be available from December to tie in with the Christmas sales period, and will come in high-visibility packaging with stand-out feature guides. A specially-designed recipe book will also be included in-pack to ensure perfect baking results.
The cupcake market grew from £5m in 2008 to £7.3m last year.
Commenting on the launch, Swan marketing manager David Foulstone said: “The economic climate has been about self-treating, and cupcakes are very much an affordable indulgence. You only have to look at how many cupcake shops have opened up to see their popularity. The Swan cupcake maker is very much the right product at the right time and will make an ideal Christmas gift.”
