Still time to enter garden industry awards

The Garden Industry Manufacturers Association is calling for more housewares suppliers to enter its GIMA Awards 2011.

Still time to enter garden industry awards

They are open to all suppliers of products to garden retail outlets – including kitchenware and other housewares – and you do not have to be a GIMA member to enter.

GIMA says the awards are regarded by both suppliers and retail buyers as the most significant in the garden industry.

It costs £50 to enter a product, or £100 to enter three, and entry forms need to be submitted by Friday June 17.

“We do not look for Chelsea Flower Show style weird and whacky,” says GIMA director Neil Gow, “we want to see good honest products that you have launched to the market in the last 12 months and are developing a proven track record of sales over that period.”
