Squires Kitchen awarded Independent Cookery Schools Association seal of approval

Squires Kitchen International School has been awarded the prestigious Independent Cookery Schools Association (ICSA) kite mark for teaching excellence.

Set in the Surrey market town of Farnham, the school has been teaching the art of cake decorating, baking and sugarcraft to students from all over the world since 1987.

It is located behind Squires Kitchen’s flagship store, which stocks more than 6,000 products for the cake decorating and sugarcraft market. Established nearly 30 years ago, Squires Kitchen manufactures over 2,000 own-brand products.

ICSA is the only independent, non-profit, regulatory body for cookery schools in the UK, awarding their seal of approval for clients and industries that have met their criteria, ensuring excellence as an educational training establishment.
