Sonia Spencer’s run raises charity cash

Eddingtons marketing manager Sonia Spencer completed a gruelling run last weekend in aid of charity.

Spencer, who admits she is “not a natural runner”, took on the Silverstone half marathon in support of Breakthrough Breast Cancer, a cause which she says is very close to her heart.

This was her first half marathon but she managed to complete the course, clocking in at 2 hours, 16 minutes and 24 seconds.

Spencer has so far raised £605 for her charity, and further donations can still be made through her Justgiving page at www.justgiving.com/Sonia-Spencer.
