Simplehuman enters electrical beauty market

Housewares supplier simplehuman is moving into the UK’s growing electrical beauty market with the launch of an award-winning product.

Simplehuman enters electrical beauty market

The simplehuman sensor mirror provides colour-correctness, brightness and clarity. Sensor technology automatically turns the mirror on to activate when your face approaches, and off once you step away. Its tru-lux light system simulates natural sunlight and a pattern of LED micro-reflectors disperse light evenly to prevent light loss and hot spots, so the user will always know when her make- up is flawless.

Within two months of the sensor mirror’s US launch it was awarded a Housewares Design Award and received a rave review on the online design magazine design-milk.com

Simplehuman commercial director Kevin Clark said: “We hope the sensor mirror will be just as successful in the UK as it has been in the US. It’s a totally unique take on the traditional vanity or shaving mirror which embodies our brand mission of making life at home more efficient.”

The simplehuman sensor mirror will be available for £149.99 from July.
