A leading retail analyst and a Bank of England representative will take to the stage in September to address BHETA members at the trade association’s next open forum.

Saunders and Chaplin to share views at BHETA Open Forum

The event, for members of the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA), will take place on Thursday, September 6 at Federation House in Birmingham and will follow on from the association’s AGM.

Two presentations will be given. Neil Saunders, the ex-consulting director of retail consultancy Verdict Research, will discuss the performance and prospects of the housewares and DIY market sectors, while Graeme Chaplin of the Bank of England will give the Bank’s latest view on the economy.

BHETA will also deliver the results of its recent members’ survey.
