Richard Poulson, group housewares buyer of Greater London department store group Morleys Stores, is seeking your support for a charity effort.
On Sunday November 1, he is taking part in the TCS New York City Marathon, in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity. The charity needs vital funding for research, to raise awareness and to support the lives of people suffering with brain tumours.
As of today (October 21), Paul has raised 39% of his target of £1,000. Richard said: “I’m taking part in the New York Marathon to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity and I’d really appreciate your support.” If you would like to donate, go to Richard’s JustGiving page at www.justgiving.com/Richard-Poulson2/.
The New York City Marathon has grown from a Central Park race with 55 finishers to the world’s biggest and most popular marathon, with 50,530 finishers in 2014.
