The Retail 2011 exhibition is coming together with next year’s VM and Display Show to deliver a broader range of exhibitors to a stronger overall audience.
The shows will run at London’s Business Design Centre from April 5 to 7 2011.
A third exhibition, Interior Fit Out, for architects, designers and other specifiers, will also run at the same time.
Matt Benyon, managing director of Retail 2011’s organiser easyFairs, said the co-location would create “a brilliant new event for all sectors of the industry, a real face-to-face business networking opportunity for the whole industry”.
And Andrew Colclough of RVM Promotions, which organises The VM and Display Show, added: “The exhibition, now in its 20th edition, is one of the longest-running UK retail shows and provides solutions for all visual merchandising needs with spectacular stands and a buzzing and friendly atmosphere.
“Co-locating with Retail 2011 brings a new set of exhibiting companies to the party, showcasing new products areas from fixtures and fittings and shelving systems to digital communications and signage – a great step forward for the whole sector.”
