A kitchenware set that has already caused one user to be seriously injured has been recalled.
The Orfèvrerie de la Tour set, product reference 91874, includes a cream whipper, the dispenser head of which is liable to explode. The authorities say that one serious injury has been reported.
The Chinese-made set also comprises a book, silicone mat, piping bag and five nozzles, six mini-jars, six mini-bottles, silicone moulds, six ice cream dishes and six kitchen rings.
The product has been voluntarily withdrawn from the market and recalled from consumers.
A Chinese-made Equinox brand whipped cream dispenser has also been taken off the market and recalled. Owing to a manufacturing defect, part of the dispenser head can be ejected. One injury has been reported.

Neither of the recalled products complies with the Pressure Equipment Directive.
