Raymond Blanc is to appear at Spring Fair on the Monday, giving a demonstration of Wüsthof Trident knives on the Haus stand.
Wüsthof Trident are partners of The Raymond Blanc Cookery School at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons in Oxfordshire.
The demonstration will include food preparation and cooking by Blanc, giving insight into the skills and flair of this award-winning and world-renowned chef.
