Ralph Humphries, managing director of housewares supplier Pendeford Housewares, successfully completed the Shifnal Half Marathon at the weekend.
The race, which took place in Shropshire on Sunday June 26, was in aid of Bloodwise (the new name for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research).
Yesterday he told www.HousewaresLIve.net: “I’m completely shattered now – never again! I’d never done a Half Marathon before but when I saw the run and who they were raising the money for I couldn’t resist.
“I’d like to thank everyone from the housewares industry for their support. I’m overwhelmed.”
