The AntiOx Wine Stopper from Pulltex, which is distributed in the UK by Falcon Products, has gained acclaimed recognition ahead of the London Wine Fair.
The show, which takes place from May 22 to May 24 at Kensington Olympia, will offer more than 10,000 wines produced in over 40 countries. Some 15,000 wine professionals are set to attend to sample wine and take part in tastings and masterclasses.
The International Wine Challenge, billed as the most comprehensive and influential blind wine tasting competition in the world, will be hosting The International Wine Challenge Discovery Tasting at the Fair.
Wines will be presented to potential buyers at a free-pour tasting, and this year the organiser will be using AntiOx throughout the event.
International Wine Challenge event director Chris Ashton commented: “Following sensory product testing [conducted] in April, we will be using the AntiOx Wine Stopper manufactured by Pulltex to preserve the characteristics of our medal-winning wines.”
The AntiOx Stopper features a patented system which includes a carbon filter. Once the wine bottle is closed with the stopper, the oxidation of wine is interrupted – halting the production of acetic acid and stopping any damage to the wine.

AntiOx will feature as part of the Pulltex display which will be showcased alongside other brands on the Falcon Products stand at London trade show Exclusively Housewares on June 13 and June 14.
