Specialist housewares retailer ProCook is celebrating after scooping an award at the ECMOD Direct Commerce Awards 2016.
ProCook, which operates 23 stores nationwide, beat off stiff competition to win Best Multi-Channel Business/Brand Annual Sales of £15 million – £30 million
The awards ceremony, which took place recently at the Hurlingham Club in London, was organised by Direct Commerce Magazine and supported by the Direct Commerce Association.
ProCook founder Daniel O’Neill said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have won this prestigious award. This is a fantastic achievement and highlights the high standards of customer service and product development to which we adhere’.
ProCook ceo Steve Sanders added: “It’s been an incredible 12 months for the company, marked by our best ever sales performance, international expansion and our impending move to a new HQ. We’re extremely proud to have taken home this prize, as recognition of our achievements.”
The company recently celebrated its most profitable year on record, posting a 20% increase in sales and comparable growth of 29%.
Headquartered in Gloucester, ProCook began 20 years ago and supplies housewares products for up for 50% less than other leading brands.
