Portmeirion Group has promoted Nigel Spencer from manufacturing manager to production director, in recognition of his contribution to the business.
Nigel joined the Portmeirion business in 2007 bringing with him a wealth of experience from a 30 year career in manufacturing across a diverse range of industries from beds to textiles to fashion.
Portmeirion Group managing director Michael Haynes said: “This promotion is very well deserved. Efficient, well managed production is absolutely vital to the success of our business.
Nigel has already proved he is the right man for the job and I’m looking forward to seeing the results of his on-going strategy of continuous improvement.”
