TV chef Phil Vickery has teamed up with Squires Kitchen to create a range of mixes to bake gluten-free cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
An ambassador for Coeliac UK and author of several gluten-free cookery books, Phil has used his experience to create mixes for those on a special diet.
The Seriously Good! range includes a gluten- and dairy-free chocolate chunk cookie mix, vanilla and raspberry cupcake mix, lemony cupcake mix and double chocolate fancy cake mix.
Each cupcake pack also contains cases and fondant icing, while the chocolate chunk cookie and vanilla cupcake mixes are available in larger packs.
