The NEC will mark its 40th birthday during the Spring Fair, with a fanfare on the morning of Monday February 8 at 11.45am at the Piazza entrance, which will be specially decorated for the occasion.
Spring Fair organiser i2i Events said visitors should be on the alert for random acts of kindness that the NEC management ‘intends to lavish on those attending the show that helped put the Exhibition Centre on the map’. These will include handing out bottles of champagne on the hour, every hour, throughout the event.
The Spring Fair takes place from February 7 to February 11 at the NEC complex in Birmingham.
