Dexam has restructured its management team to integrate fully the sales operation and, it says, to reinvigorate its own-brand product development.
Howard Bradley has been named as commercial director, responsible for all the company’s sales both in the UK and in export markets.
And John Rae has been appointed to the new position of buying director, concentrating on a rapid programme of new product development for Dexam’s own brands. Natalie Brown has also been promoted to marketing manager.
Meanwhile, former marketing director John Bott has left the company. Managing director Roger Morgan-Grenville praised the “gigantic” contribution he has made to Dexam over the past 22 years.
