Celebrity chef Nigella Lawson has chosen cookware from Scanpan to use in her current BBC2 television series, Nigella Kitchen.
In one of the programmes she uses the Classic Healthy Griddle to make a breakfast of quesadillas.
The griddle features Scanpan’s Green Tek coating in conjunction with patented ceramic titanium technology to produce a superior non-stick surface and one that requires no fat for frying.
Haus, which distributes the Danish cookware in the UK, says further items from the Scanpan range will be seen later in the series.
