Next Home and Garden takes two

Next’s latest Home and Garden superstore opens in Ipswich tomorrow.

Next says the store, on Beardmore Park in Martlesham Heath, is only the second of its kind “where greenfingered enthusiasts and fashionistas meet under one roof”.

Measuring 52,677sq ft and creating 220 new jobs, the store will have everything Next has to offer on a gigantic scale, from womens, mens, childrens and home collections to DIY and garden products.

The first Home and Garden store opened last August in Shoreham. Located six miles west of Brighton, it measures nearly 56,000sq ft. The outlet won this year’s Store Design of the Year at the Oracle Retail Week Awards. It has now been shortlisted in the National Association of Shopfitters’ Design Partnership awards, which recognise excellence in interior design and shopfitting.
