After nearly nine years in the role, Burton McCall’s managing director Steve Davey is moving on.
He will take up the post of managing director of cycle distribution company Extra UK in January.
Mike Edwards has been appointed as the new managing director of Burton McCall. He has more than 16 years’ experience of senior management roles in sales and marketing, most recently as chief executive officer of RFE International, the license holder for Reebok fitness equipment and Adidas training.
Mike Edwards said: “These are exciting times for Burton McCall, with such a strong portfolio of category-leading brands. I’m really excited about taking the business forward, building our existing brands and looking for new opportunities to grow with our retail partners.”
