New managing director for Dexam

Housewares supplier Dexam has announced a change in its management structure.

Roger Morgan-Grenville, who has held the post of managing director for the past 20 years, will relinquish his role and become chairman, working on strategy, specific long term projects and key supplier and retail relationships.

As president of the British Home Enchancement Trade Association (BHETA), he will continue to be involved in the wider industry.

Finance director Bryony Dyer has been promoted to the role of managing director. She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

Roger Morgan-Grenville said: “We are delighted to have been able to make the appointment from within the business. Bryony has a rare mix of a financial background and a highly commercial outlook, and will be a real asset to the company.”
