New face joins Housewares team

Datateam Business Media, the publisher of Housewares Magazine, is delighted to announce the appointment of Alison Farrell to the role of sales manager.

With over 30 years of sales experience specialising in the print and paper industry, Alison will be responsible for advertising sales for Housewares Magazine and, as well as the annual Housewares Innovation Awards.

Business director Carl Hearnden said: “We are thrilled to welcome Alison to the team and are confident that her extensive experience, immense drive and enthusiasm, and refreshing approach will bring great benefits to all the areas she will be involved in, especially Housewares Magazine which celebrates its 35th anniversary this month.”

Commenting on her appointment, Alison said: “I’m very excited to join Housewares Magazine and to become involved in the wider housewares industry – and not just because I’m passionate about cooking! I can’t wait to meet all the people involved in this dynamic market and I look forward to strengthening the relationships that Housewares Magazine has forged within the trade, and taking every opportunity to build many new ones.”
