A number of products supplied by Zwilling JA Henckels have been selected for use in a new top-end cookery school.
The Thyme at Southrop school, in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, has ordered a large selection of Professional S knives and knife blocks, tools and gadgets from the Pure Steel range and Staub cast iron cookware including cocottes, terrines, tajines, oval stackable dishes, multi-function frypans, square grills and grill plates.
The school has been advised by author and lecturer Lyn Hall.
