By clicking on their nearest town, they can then find the retailer closest to them.

The site also makes it easy for customers to resolve any service issues, by identifying and ordering replacement components, saving retailers from having to handle after-sales enquiries and potential returns.

In addition, the website provides online manuals and instructions.
