Richard Thorpe, 28, has been promoted to field sales manager at Brabantia.
He will look after a team of six salespeople and have particular responsibility for two of Brabantia’s key accounts, Amazon and AIS.
Thorpe joined the company in 2003 as a territory sales manager, progressing to national account executive in 2006, and national account manager in 2008.
Meanwhile, Jakub Balter, 25, becomes the new marketing manager for the UK. His career spans marketing and sales roles with Leica Geosystems UK and Robert Bosch Power Tools, both in the UK and Germany, and most recently with Nestlé Poland.
