The retail and leisure destination is at the heart of the city centre. Spread over three levels, the development offers more than 170 UK and international retailers, including department stores Debenhams and John Lewis.
The new 1,600sq ft Nespresso boutique is on Peter’s Lane, which specialises in designer brands such as The White Company, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Ted Baker, Reiss, Valentino, Vivienne Westwood, Dolce & Gabbana and the UK’s only Harvey Nichols’ Beauty Bazaar.
The boutique features a dedicated tasting bar. Nespresso members can also return their used capsules to the boutique for them to be recycled.
Commenting on the latest signing, Alison Clegg of Grosvenor Europe said: “Peter’s Lane is already firmly established as the destination of choice for consumers throughout the north-west seeking affordable luxury and indulgence. The addition of Nespresso provides further choice for visitors, complementing the existing lifestyle offer on Peter’s Lane.”
Nespresso UK & Ireland managing director Francisco Nogueira said: “We’re excited to launch a new permanent boutique in Liverpool, inviting shoppers to taste our coffee and experience our machines and accessories.
“Our retail expansion continues to be a priority and we want to bring the Nespresso experience to as many people across the UK and Ireland as possible, expanding coffee knowledge and providing the opportunity to learn from our coffee specialists.”
Nespresso operates 21 boutiques in England and six in Ireland. Recent additions include Birmingham’s Grand Central Shopping Centre and centre:mk in Milton Keynes.
