Housewares manufacturer Minky turns 75 next month and is celebrating by offering customers to chance to win £10,000 worth of Minky cleaning and laundry products each month.
The anniversary promotion will run between March and December and will be promoted via a sticker on a selection of products from the Minky range. Each month 10 winners will be drawn and will each receive £100 worth of products.
Minky, which recently underwent a major rebrand across all its product ranges and website, has listings in major grocery multiples, Amazon, Argos and independent stores. It holds both the Royal Warrant and Prince’s Warrant as suppliers to the Royal Households, and meeting the code of good environmental practice.
In 1941 Minky homecare began textile manufacturing in the UK and during the 1960’s became the first company to sell packaged cleaning products directly to UK supermarkets.
Minky marketing manager Carol Devins said: “Over the past 75 years, we have developed some of the most innovative homecare products available on the market, and our customers have been a big part of this along the way.
“We’re really excited to be able to offer consumers the chance to win some of our best-selling products and be a part of our 75th anniversary celebrations. Our newly-designed website will host the competition and will allow those who visit to enter and also browse our range online.’’
The prize bundle will include an: Ergo Lite iron, Ironing Dock, Ironing Pressing Cloth, Sure Grip Pegs (24 pack), Retractable 30m Clothes Line, Smart Fit Reflector ironing board cover, Minky Silicone Lint Roller Set, MCloth Hi-Tech Duster, Minky dish brush, Minky Cellulose Scourers (2 pack), MCloth for Glass & Windows and Minky Anti-Bacterial Dish Cloths (2 pack).
Consumers will be invited to log on to the Minky website, www.minky.com, and enter their details to be entered in to the draw.
