Michel Roux Jr gives ‘ultimate accolade’ to GreenPan

Michelin-starred chef and co-host of ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’ Michel Roux Jr has given ceramic non-stick cookware brand GreenPan the ‘ultimate accolade’, by fitting out the newly-refurbished kitchens of his London restaurant with two full ranges of GreenPan cookware.

Michel has worked with GreenPan’s parent The Cookware Company for the past three years on the stainless steel Michel Roux Collection, and has continued to use selected pieces from this range, including on his TV shows.

But the refurbishment of Le Gavroche – and moving over to state-of-the-art induction hobs – has given Michel the opportunity to kit out his Michelin-starred eaterie not only with his stainless steel cookware but also with the induction-compatible hard anodised collection, GreenPan Venice.

Darren Murley, UK sales manager at The Cookware Company, said: “We continue to work closely with Michel. He has participated in customer evenings and demonstrations for us, so we know how much he rates GreenPan. But it’s so satisfying to know that his kitchens will be using GreenPan day in day out – that’s what it’s designed for!”
