Dualit has joined forces with MasterChef star Monica Galetti to create a selection of recipes to showcase two of its new products.
The recipes, including chocolate soufflé with pistachio and pecan crumble, roast chicken with tomato pesto and fresh tagliatelle and roast butternut squash soup with brown shrimps, have been developed to showcase the Dualit 700w Hand Blender and 400w Hand Mixer.
The new Dualit Hand Blender boasts patented anti-suction technology and VortecS multi-dimensional mixing action while, with a 400W heavy duty motor and four speed settings, Dualit describes its Hand Mixer as ‘a true multi-tasker for all aspiring bakers’.
Monica is the senior sous-chef at Michelin-starred London restaurant Le Gavroche, where she has worked since 1999. She gained a public profile in 2009, when she acted as one of the judges, alongside Michel Roux Jr, in the second series of MasterChef: The Professionals. She is currently one of the presenters of MasterChef: The Professionals, as well as other food-related television programmes.
