Kitchen appliance specialist Britannia Living has teamed up with well-known pastry chef and food writer Lisa Marley to develop a series of seasonal recipes to run throughout 2016.
The recipe videos, which officially launched on the company’s YouTube channel this month, are set to cover a variety of dishes and bakes from Birds Nest Cupcakes and Pulled Pork Sliders to Walnut and Date Bread.
Michael Haigh, head of marketing at Britannia Living, said: “We were really keen to work with Lisa due to her fantastic credentials; her experience really is second to none, which not only meant we produced some incredible food, but were able to show how easy it is to replicate at home.”
In 2009 Lisa Marley set up The Cocoa Box, which is based in London and offers bespoke baking experiences. She also regularly films recipes for Tesco Real Food and has recently presented at the Cake and Bake show, BBC Good Food Show and The Ideal Home Show.
Lisa commented: “I thoroughly enjoyed working with Britannia on this exciting new project and think we have developed a recipe for almost every occasion. I have always admired Britannia’s appliances and found them to be the perfect cooking companion on this project.”
Michael concluded: “It’s brilliant to see the recipes come to life on our Delphi range cooker and we hope that Lisa’s fantastic dishes will inspire others to be creative and adventurous in the kitchen this year. We will be releasing a video each month throughout 2016 via our Facebook and Twitter channels, so make sure you keep checking our pages for the latest news – our first video is up now so be sure to check it out!”
