Livingstone’s consumer sector team has announced the acquisition by Lifetime Brands of the business and certain assets of La Cafetière from The Greenfield Group, including exclusive distribution rights. Livingstone advised Lifetime on the transaction.
Lifetime is a global provider of branded kitchenware, tableware and other products used in the home. The group markets its products in the UK and internationally under well-recognised consumer brand names. Livingstone previously advised Lifetime on its acquisitions of Creative Tops and Kitchen Craft.
With operations in the UK, Europe and the USA, La Cafetière designs and distributes products to brew and serve coffee and tea including La Cafetière French presses. Its products are marketed worldwide under the La Cafetière and Randwyck brands.
