London department store Liberty is working with Channel 4 and Rize USA to make a three-part series fly-on-the-wall documentary, will be shown this autumn on Channel 4.

‘Making Liberty’ is described by the retailer as ‘a unique chance to get an insight behind the scenes here at Liberty as our retail team gear up for the store’s busiest time of year: the Christmas season.

‘If you’ve visited us in-store over the past few weeks, you may have noticed the signs on display letting you know we’re filming. We’ll have the film crew here with us, right up until Christmas, so look out for them on your next visit’.

Emma Cooper, commissioning editor, documentaries, said: “Liberty is the last bastion of eccentric, eclectic design and is jam-packed with a wonderful cast of colourful characters. ‘Making Liberty’ will tell the everyday extraordinary stories of life within one of the world’s best-loved and well-known stores.”
