All-Clad has been selected as the official partner and cookware supplier for Le Cordon Bleu’s new international flagship institute in central London.
The state-of-the-art facilities at the institute, incorporating the latest in culinary technology, are claimed to make it the most advanced institute of its kind in the world. Now, top-of-the-range cookware from Groupe SEB brand All-Clad is being used throughout the facility.
Le Cordon Bleu selected the latest All-Clad collection, D5 stainless steel, which combines stylish design with a unique, patented five-ply technology that ensures precise surface contact. It can be used on all hobs, including induction, while the alternating layers of higher and lower conductive metals promote the lateral flow of cooking energy and eliminate hot spots. The patented stainless steel core significantly improves stability to prevent warping.
Chef Neil Armstrong at Le Cordon Bleu London described the All-Clad D5 collection as “the perfect cookware for any professional kitchen. The quality construction of each pan produces ideal results no matter what heat source you use.”
