KitchenCraft launches cocktail competition

KitchenCraft is running a consumer cocktail competition for the final quarter.

The housewares supplier is asking people to take a picture of their home-made cocktail and post the image on its Facebook, Twitter or Instagram feeds tagging KitchenCraft and using #SpiritMeAway.

The prize is a luxury distillery tasting experience for two with an overnight accommodation in London.

Marketing director Claire Budgen said: ““Gin is very much up there as a top trend and is reflected in our latest BarCraft launches. And with more and more people being creative, conjuring up some delightful home-made cocktails, we thought it would be a great idea to interact with their mixology skills and run a fun competition.”

The contest runs from October 1 to December 31 and the winner will be chosen at random.

Claire added that the promotion is being supported with in store POS, including a tri-card, an A5 competition/recipe leaflet and an A2 poster featuring a BarCraft striking lifestyle shot, which will “all highlight the competition, as well as giving a lovely boost to sales on the run up to Christmas”.
