KitchenAid names new general manager for KitchenAid Europa

Daniel Schröder has been appointed general manager responsible for KitchenAid small domestic appliances, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.

He was previously the business group leader in North America for Philips. Daniel has expertise in the international business of small electronic devices and holds a Master’s degree in business management and administration.

Dave Elliott, general manager – global small appliances, KitchenAid, said: “We’re delighted that Daniel has accepted this position. We see him as the perfect complement to our brand and management team who will support us in expanding the success of KitchenAid throughout the EMEA region.”

Housewares supplier KitchenAid brand celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2009 and forms part of the Whirlpool Corporation, which markets Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Consul, Brastemp, Amana, Bauknecht, Jenn-Air, Indesit, Hotpoint and other major brand names in more than 170 countries.
