Star baker Edd Kimber will be baking various treats from Sunday to Wednesday on the JWP stand at next year’s Spring Fair.
Kimber is one of the UK’s up-and-coming food talents after becoming the first winner of the BBC’s hit show The Great British Bake Off, in 2010.
During each of the four days on JWP’s stand he will be cooking a full baking programme, covering breakfast, savouries and afternoon tea. He will demonstrate recipes from his new book, Say it With Cake, using various new bakeware ranges from JWP. These include a new pâtisserie collection and the patented PushPan, a loose-based cake pan collection being launched to independent retailers for the first time.
Signed copies of Say it With Cake will also be available on the JWP stand for customers purchasing from these new ranges.
Kimber sold 35,000 copies of his first cookbook, The Boy Who Bakes, and he has had recipes featured in Good Food Magazine and Delicious, amongst others.
He was also named one of The Independent’s Young Blades – the next generation of kitchen creatives – and regularly appears in the press and on television.
