The Spring Fair is running a comprehensive seminar programme to help retailers improve their businesses.
A series of presentations, which will be in the Ecommerce Theatre in Hall 6 (6H04), promise to provide information on some of the most challenging areas in online retail.
During the show, a top buyer from department store group John Lewis and online supermarket Ocado will share their insights and knowledge with visitors.
From 12 -12:30pm on Tuesday February 9, John Lewis head of buying, home accessories, gifts and seasonal Anna Rigby will debate: ‘What is a big omni channel retailer looking for in the gift homeware market?’ Her presentation will cover product selection, which products work well online and market differentiation.
At 3-3.30pm on Wednesday February 10, Ocado senior buying manager Martin de la Fuente will discuss ‘how to buy successfully for your online business’.
The Spring Fair will be held from February 7 to February 11 at the NEC in Birmingham.
