John Horton takes up the helm at Amefa

Horton, formerly sales & marketing director with Arthur Price, replaces Martin Russell, who has now left the company and taken up a new role outside the housewares industry.

Commenting on his new position, Horton said: “There is a rich heritage associated with both the Richardson Sheffield and Amefa brands, as well as a future just bursting with market-leading opportunities.”

He and his team plan to continue to build the Richardson brand to become a global leader in kitchen knives, as well as in stylish cutlery. The company says that, alongside this, the Amefa brand will continue to offer quality cutlery which represents outstanding value.
