His debut book, ‘Lean In 15’, is at number two. This title features nutritious 100 recipes and guides readers through Joe’s signature HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) home workouts.

Its follow up ‘Lean In 15 – The Shape Plan’ is at number three. In this tome, Joe shares 100 recipes and four new workouts to take readers’ fitness to the next level.

But in first place is his latest book: ‘Lean In 15: The Sustain Plan’. With 100 quick-to-prepare meals and four workouts, Joe reveals how to sustain results while still seeing progress week on week.

In fifth position is ‘The Bikini Body 28-Day Healthy Eating & Lifestyle Guide’ by Instagram sensation Kayla Itsines. It features Kayla’s advice for a nutritious and sustainable diet and includes more than 200 recipes.

‘Clean Eating Alice’ by fellow Instagram star Alice Liveing holds sixth place. In this book, Alice shares her tips for creating lunches, breakfasts and dinners that fit readers’ daily routines. Also included is a sample week meal planner.

The number nine spot is taken by ‘Tom’s Daily Plan’ by Olympian Tom Daley. It includes over 80 recipes and daily workouts, plus motivational and lifestyle tips.

Only one cookbook appears in the list of best-selling non-fiction hardbacks. At number nine, ‘Jamie Oliver’s Christmas Cookbook’ is a 400-page-plus volume by the celebrity cook featuring recipes for the festive period – and beyond, from edible gifts and party food to new ways to use leftovers.
