The has announced that media personality, journalist and broadcaster Janet Street-Porter CBE will be this year’s keynote speaker.
She will take to the stage on Monday July 17 at 11am as part of The Great Northern Retail Forum, which runs alongside the trade show.

Show director Cleere Scamell said: “This promises to be a fascinating, passionate and lively session and we are thrilled that Janet is joining us.
“The Forum is a huge part of the show every year and we think it will be even more popular than usual thanks to Janet’s presence.”
The Great Northern Forum is held in Hall H, upstairs in the HIC (Harrogate International Centre).
Janet writes for ‘The Daily Mail’ and ‘Evening Standard’ and is a regular panellist on ITV chat show ‘Loose Women’. She has appeared on BBC1 current affairs show ‘Question Time’ and comedy quiz ‘Have I Got News for You’. She is also a ‘Celebrity MasterChef’ 2013 finalist.
