Jak Rayner to leave ICTC

ICTC director Jak Rayner has resigned after five years with the company and will be leaving at the end of this month.

Jak Rayner to leave ICTC

The announcement of her departure comes seven months after the arrival at ICTC of Bruce Crane. He took over Rayner’s previous role of managing director, coinciding with her move into the post of new product development director.

Jak Rayner is a well-known and respected figure in the industry, having spent the majority of her career building up C’est Ca!, the textile business she set up and successfully ran for many years until it was acquired by ICTC in 2004.

Commenting on her decision to leave, Rayner said: “The arrival of Bruce into the business has given me the freedom to consider new challenges and opportunities within the industry and because of this, I felt now was the right time for me to step out of the business.

“I have a number of exciting projects I would like to work on, and leaving will allow me to take these on. My involvement with the company, however, won’t come to a complete end as I will continue to work as a consultant to ICTC on specific projects.”

Bruce Crane added: “Obviously we will all miss Jak when she leaves at the end of May, as she has been instrumental in the development of the business over the past few years.”
